All levels and experiences but to give you a little helping hand of what to expect we've leveled them into mild, medium and hot to give you a flavour of what to expect.

All classes are priced at £6 for 60 minute classes and £7 for 90 minute classes. Some classes get very full during busy periods so block booking is implemented for several of our classes (as stated above and below). If you are a newcomer, please contact us regarding drop-in and availability. For all other classes we advise pre-booking (by e-mail, Facebook message or via this site). For class specific questions, please contact the appropriate teacher.

All equipment is provided at the class although you are welcome to bring your own.

Monday

Wednesday

Strong & Flexible - Hot - 6.30 - 7.30 PM - All levels - Kal/Pixie (BLOCK)

Yogic Arts (Power Flow) - Hot - 7.30-9 PM - All levels - Kal/Pixie (BLOCK) 

Thursday

Slow Flow - Mild - 6.30-7.30 PM - All levels - Kal
